Judges' comments :

Gathering stakeholders to work on solutions for plastic packaging in a city is interesting in itself, particularly the element of better understanding and measuring plastic litter. The team should however further document the context in which his project takes place (eg.: MDDELCC, RECYC-QUEBEC, Eco Entreprises Quebec) in a legislative, economic and environmental point of view. It would also be advantageous to prioritize the objectives pursued by this Commission to give the best chance of achieving them (eg.: types of plastics packaging targeted). The team should also better argue the added value of this commission in view of the efforts already made in Quebec to recover plastics.
