The solution might have a market share with SMEs if there is a sufficient number of SMEs who own and occupy a building built before 1990 and over 50,000 square feet.
This looks like a good solution for office towers. Is this really appropriate for SMEs? Had trouble understanding exactly what actions would be taken Building energy management is a well-developed discipline. Unclear how this is different.
Interesting and low barrier to entry.
The data capture is a compelling aspect of this proposal yet the proposal costs do not address expenses associated with that part of the solution. A more refined focus on a specific building type would support a measurable expression of impact.
One issue not addressed is around gathering private data and whether this is an issue in an SME or workplace. Otherwise, this tool is novel enough to capture attention, provides useful information, particularly for older buildings, and options to act.
