A strong proposal that has the potential to be scalable with excellent benefits for reasonable costs. I have heard of similar initiatives in East Africa that are very successful. The monitoring and evaluation will be important to demonstrate the impact both now and over longer terms - the proposal would benefit from more detail on the how to monitor impacts in 6 months and 1 years time and not just focused on immediately following the shows. Overall very good.

Interesting, especially the part of listening groups that actively work together to develop "indigenous micro-climate risk management" - taking the issues and ideas from macro (sharing across the state) to micro (sharing and discussing amongst the listening group) and back.
This is a very original proposal based on a radio programme involving women with a smart link with auditors and a reward system about climate change advocacy. The proposal is convincing in its basic concept although it would deserve to be more detailed on some key questions: - who are the radio partners ready to implement the project - what are the political contacts, that would eventually help the project to take off - What are the other successful experiences in the same field? - What is the budget?
The project idea is novel. I would encourage the project leader to bring further information and thinking to strengthen the proposal by filling the blank sections.
