The manufacturing of the proposed new container system for liquid consumables shall be carried out by a competent manufacturer in Cameroon if any or in Nigeria if there is none in Cameroon. However, the execution of the distribution system outlined here shall be done in Cameroon using the HESCO water distribution network for the start and shall target a population of about 12,000 consumers for the first 12months.

in the short and medium term this proposal will have the following impacts
- reduction in the amount of plastic waste production by both people, enterprises and households
- there will be a noticeable change in societal perception of plastic waste from the brewery sector
- there shall be a drastic drop in the production of plastic waste
- there shall be a partial elimination of plastic bottles in the brewery sector resulting from a change in the packaging and distribution method
- there shall be a development of new technologies to carter for new packaging and distribution needs
in the long-term this action shall have the following impacts
- Total elimination of plastic bottles in the brewery sector resulting from a change in the packaging and distribution method
- there will be a noticeable change in societal perception of plastic pollution resulting from all human and economic activities
- there shall be a global collective effort in the fight against plastic pollution
- there shall be a reshaping of policies on environmental protection
