History Button Not Working

I've tried opening up the history feature on some proposals yet I find it does not work on all. In particular, I'm trying to open the history of 'US Carbon Price' at: https://www.climatecolab.org/web/guest/plans/-/plans/contestId/1301419/planId/1316105 Michael
