My group and I are conducting an experiment to see which different freshwater plants absorb more C02, and reduce the acidity. We would then later try to test seawater plants if we are able to make it into the finals of our Lexus Eco challenge. I am short of resources, but I thought it would be good to propose this idea to Climate CoLab to see if I we could make this project more large scale. Maybe we could plant these underwater plants into the oceans to reduce ocean acidification due to greenhouse gases.
