Byron Reeves is Paul C. Edwards Professor of Communication and Director of the Graduate Program in Coterminal Media Studies at Stanford University. He is also co-Founder of Seriosity, a company building enterprise software inspired by game psychology.
Byron is the Principal Investigator on a multi-year grant from ARPAe (Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy) which is part of the Department of Energy. As part of the project, 20 researchers at Stanford University are working on technology and media interventions that are tied to smart meter electricity sensors and that encourage reduced energy consumption.
