Arese is a creative and entrepreneurial-minded self-starter, who loves change and challenging opportunities, driven by a passion to excel in the HSE sector through a mix of hard work and brilliance.
She holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and an MSc Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London, U.K. She is a PRINCE 2 Project management practitioner and a WSO- Safety Certified Construction Supervisor
She has attended trainings locally and internationally, and is a member of reputable originations like
- Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON)
- International Member, American Society of Safety Engineers
- Member, World Safety Organisation (WSO)
- Associate Member, Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA).
Arese has over ten years cognate experience, which cuts across HSE Consulting, non-governmental organisation, local government, manufacturing, private sector and Oil and Gas industry.
She is currently a Principal Consultant with En-pact Solutions Limited, an indigenous Health Safety and Environmental Advisory firm and the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager (Mobil Producing Nigeria Engineering Procurement and Construction Management Program) at DeltaAfrik Engineering / Worley Parsons.
Prior to that, she was Waste Minimization/ Recycling advisor at Hydra Consulting, Business Eco Group in the United Kingdom (UK), and had a stint as Technical Officer at World Health Organisation, (WHO) in Berlin, Germany.
She was also a Research Assistant at Imperial College, London and an Environmental Analyst Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)
