Experience

More than 6 years experience in the field of Development with different Non-government organisation in different states on India. I worked in sanitation, microfinance, education and social security sector. I also did research study on  “A Comparative Study of PRIs and SHGs for Effective Capacity Building of Community.” In Bundelkhand region, “Social Security of Sanitary Workers” in Jaipur city and “Impact assessment study of small and medium level of businesspersons by change in government policy in Jaipur. Apart from this handled RTI and advocacy campaigns.

2003 – Post Graduate Diploma in financial Management from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandan Open University, UPRTOU

Currently I am working with Development Alternatives as Executive Communication from February 2011.  Currently I am Coordination a innovative communication project in Bundelkhand which is awarded by World Bank.
