Janietzche has worked as an auditor, forensic auditor, financial director and managing director in the oil & gas, mining, consulting, property, telecoms and modelling industries. She has a wide range of auditing, forensic auditing, financial management, strategic, financial and M & A advisory, strategy, project finance, business setup and development, international investor relations, management, and entrepreneurial experience. Her last position was as Managing Director of Elite Model Management Cape Town where she helped set up a new branch in South Africa. Before joining Elite she spent a number of years successfully buying and selling property as well as renovating old properties for resale. Prior to that, she was Managing Director for Yasny International a medium sized financial advisory company. While at Yasny she was instrumental in starting the business from scratch and growing it into a consulting company involved in major PPP’s, funding, merger and acquisition projects. Before joining Yasny, she was the Financial Director of Afric Oil, South Africa’s first black Oil Company. Whilst at Afric Oil she championed the strategic repositioning of its retail and commercial operations. She has worked at Gold Fields Limited as an international investor relations executive and as a Project Management Consultant for Zenex and was instrumental in setting up the Zenex Foundation. Janietzche also helped set up the group forensic department of the Altron Group and began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young where she completed her CTA qualifications. In her spare time she is involved in various self help and development activities.
