Anton Eitzinger is Scientist at the Decision and Policy Analysis Area in the International Centre for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT). Anton Eitzinger has 20 years of experience in geospatial analysis, modeling and Information Systems. Since six years he is working on climate change research projects dealing with impact modeling in different crop systems and on analyzing smallholder engagement for adaptation and mitigation practices. He is based in Colombia since 2008 and benefits from large experience from previous works in Europe (1995-2008), Latin America (2009-2015), East Africa (2012-2015), and South-East Asia (2014). Currently he is a PhD candidate at the Human-Geography department ?of the University of Munich (LMU).
