I am a 33 year old Programme Manager for a political foundation. With over 8 years experience in research I graduated with a Masters Degree in Research Consultancy Psychology at the University of South Africa in 2015. Born in Namibia I moved to South Africa in 2005 where I started pursuing ideals of the necessary restructuring of our interrelated social and other systems with the aim to attain a balanced global ecosystem. My research paradigms are underlined by the belief that we are all part of a complex hollistic whole and that with our skillsets we play a crucial role in shaping our research practices. Therefore with our societal, cultural and other key influencers it remains our professional duty to create strong and healthy links between human development and uphold the sustainable maintenance of the ecosystems we form a part of daily and across different timelines. I always strive to gathering knowledge in all spheres of life, science, philosophy, sociology, history, politics, economics among others. As highlighted, I strive to research themes geared toward the establishment and maintenance of balanced ecosystems. I believe that as humans, it could and ultimately should be our obligation and surely within our capacity, to ensure that, what we produce in waste matter and what we remove from our planet Earth to sustain ourselves, we ourselves should be able to replace and restore in a balanced and self-sustainable fashion. Although my career has led me to zoom in on enhancing rule of law, strengthening democratic structures and forging socio economic and political capacity building initiatives for the sake of strengthening transatlantic relations and supporting policy and decision makers, not to mention the support of SME and community development initiatives in Namibia, environmental conservation and creating greener economic spaces in third world countries especially in my home country, Namibia remain at the top of my priorities at this stage.
