Javier is an energy-efficiency consultant for Navigant Consulting. He works on energy-efficiency standards for appliances for the Department of Energy, specializing in HVAC equipment, large and small. He also works on projects for low-GWP refrigerants, and on emerging technologies for reducing energy in commercial and residential buildings. Javier graduated from MIT in 2008 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
