Ufroz is a graduate student at The Earth Institute, Columbia University. He is pursuing a M.S. in Sustainability Management with a focus in energy and international development. He completed his undergraduate studies at Tufts University in Bio-psychlology and Economics. He is currently researching the feasibility of power grid integration for the ASEAN region. He is a huge supporter of renewable energy solutions to tackling energy access and climate change. He is an avid traveler, having hiked in national parks and other eco-tourism destinations throughout Southeast Asia.
