Carolina is currently working for United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Carolina holds a Bachelors Degree on International Relations from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, ITESM México. In 2015 Carolina earned the United Nations Nippon Foundation of Japan Fellowship. She has worked for multilateral organizations and for the Mexican Government. Has also worked for the Gulf of Mexico Large Marine Ecosystem Project (GoM-LME) that is implemented by United Nations Industrial Development Program with funds from the Global Environment Facility (GEF).Through her past positions and academic background, Carolina has developed experience in themanagement and implementation of projects related to sustainable development in developing countries.
