Gwyneth is currently heading up the implementation of a climate action plan (Myer, 2013) she developed for the Rogue Basin. She also coordinated a multi-party monitoring effort of Pilot projects in the Middle Applegate using dry forest restoration ecology principles.She brings with her a broad background of natural resource management, education and community facilitation in addition to international experience during a study abroad program in the Galapagos Islands.Gwyneth also has significant experience in public speaking, teaching/training and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.She has an M.S. in Environment and Natural Resources through Ohio State University and significant experience as a researcher both at the University level as a graduate research assistant and in the private sector where she has worked with social scientists from the U.S. Forest Service and academia assessing education and its impact on fire adapted communities and other issues. In 2013 she co-authored a report on said research: "Fire Up: youth working with communities to adapt to wildfire."In 2009 she, along with two co-authors, published a report “Integrated Biotic Community and Water Quality Monitoring of Mountain Ponds and Lakes in the Klamath Network” which highlighted results from a pilot project in Lassen Volcanic National Park.
