I am an MIT undergraduate in the Class of 2016 with a double-major in civil engineering and urban planning. I am also in the first year of the Master in City Planning program and will continue in the program through 2017. My academic interests primarily are in transportation, environment, energy and the many issues related to these topics. I have been involved in Fossil Free MIT throughout my undergraduate career. I am excited about the progress that the campaign has made, especially with respect to MIT’s Plan for Action on Climate Change, and for our continued efforts to push for fossil fuel divestment and the strongest climate action at MIT and beyond, necessary to mitigate climate change.
