I am Toy Bodbijl, Environmental Educator & support scientist from KZN, South Africa (N. Dip. Nature Conservation, M.Sc Zoology, PGCE). Several peer-reviewed papers & popular science writing. Experience as ecologist, field scientist, animal welfare worker, veterinary assistant, medical technologist & analytical chemist. I support citizen science & keep myself informed about on latest environmental issues. My goal is to secure funding to engage with local disadvantaged communities, be it through extended school programmes or adult education.
