Hi, I am Zeynep. I am an environmental engineer with an MSc degree in Climate Change and Policy from the University of Sussex.

I first became interested in the climate change field after my internship experience on carbon auditing. It was here that my earlier passion for the environment married with logical focus. I became interested in learning lifecycles of products and services. I focused on carbon footprinting in my degree thesis, calculating the steel industry’s carbon emissions. For my MSc in Climate Change and Policy thesis, I proposed a policy approach to prevent trade related emissions and researched the incentive mechanisms to bring together developed and developing countries into taking climate action.
