Kyle McNally is a Project Manager for the Global Challenges Foundation. Additionally, he is a researcher and PhD candidate at Durham University. His general research focuses on questions of global policy, ranging from norms to implementation. More specifically, his PhD is investigating the international assistance and protection of internally displaced persons in conflicted affected states. He was previously the Assistant Director of the Global Policy Institute. Kyle holds a Masters degree from the London School of Economics in Development Studies and has previously worked as a Congressional Aide in the United States House of Representatives.
