Adam Siegel, Vice President of Sustainability and Retail Operations for the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), organizes RILA’s sustainability offerings, directing both RILA’s Retail Sustainability Initiative (RSI) and the Retail Sustainability Conference (RSC). He leads numerous RILA programs, including the Retail Horizons, Retail Energy Management, Conflict Minerals, and Environmental Compliance programs. As an industry expert on sustainability, Mr. Siegel is in a unique position to observe the trends and the innovations across industry. He is an engineer with an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
