Riepilogo

As a chartered accountant and auditor, Ascanio is specialized in business valuation and economic analysis. Acting as counsel in financial transactions or as expert witness in trials, litigations and arbitrations, he has performed several valuations of businesses, of business interests, of intangibile assets, of rights and damages, as well as of investment projects and entrepreneurial undertakings. He has been instructed by primary national and international clients and by courts and public authorities.

Ascanio is a credited expert with civil and criminal courts in Italy, as well as with the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC WTO). He is a member of the management board of OIV - Organismo Italiano di Valutazione, the valuation standards setter in Italy which is a sponsor of the IVSC – International Valuation Standard Council.

Ascanio is a frequent speaker at courses and seminars on business valuations organized by accounting and audit associations and firms, as well as by universities, chambers of commerce and other entities.
