Katherine Boe is the Program Manager at the Joint US-China Collaboration on Clean Energy (JUCCCE). She supports the development, programming, and marketing of A New Way To Eat, a JUCCCE initiative to educate China’s emerging middle class about sustainable food choices and consumption behavior.
Before joining JUCCCE, Katherine worked at a corporate health management consultancy advising MNCs in China on employee health solutions. She also completed an internship at the Save The Children organization, focusing on public policy and advocacy.
Katherine holds a degree in Biology from Washington and Lee University (USA) and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She also holds a Certificate in Development Project Management from the Monterrey Institute.
