Jay Kilbourn has decades of leadership experience in business and public service.  He is currently the President of the Board of Trustees of the Kennebunk Light & Power District, Maine’s largest “consumer-owned” utility with a mission to provide safe, reliable and economical electricity to their customers.  He recently retired as a VP of Casella Resource Solutions, a large, publicly traded, regional recycling company, where he oversaw organic waste recycling and a related clean energy venture, throughout the northeastern United States.  Mr. Kilbourn also serves as a volunteer lobbyist for the Citizen’s Climate Lobby and Treasurer for the Solar Energy Association of Maine (SEAM).
