Wilson Okaka is a Ugandan who is dedicated to public policy awareness communication, education and research communication services. He was educated and trained in: climate change adaptation and mitigation policy communication strategies,environmental education, renewable energy studies, Journalism, and Communication (Italy, UK, Uganda, USA), Project Management (Sweden). He has presented conference papers, published many books, several peer-reviewed international journal articles, and peer-reviewed conference proceedings papers. He is a reviewer many international peer-reviewed journals. In addition, he is a member of many research and education networks. He is the coordinator of Research and Education Network for Uganda .He has done regional inter-university collaborative research with Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA), African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD), and performed short-term consultancies with The Economic Institute of thhe World Bank (as a Lecturer / resource person), and with Association of African Universities. He has been to USA, most African states, Asia, Middle East, Europe, and South America for conferences, education, training, and research.
