I am a young professional working in the waste sector. This year i am doing my research in Germany to understand waste management practices in Germany and take some lessons for India. During my journey, i realised that waste sector in developing country is still a naive sector and requires building up of knowledge and skills of people to deal with it in the right way. Therefore, I am keen to develop a project for skilling and education of stakeholders working in the waste sector.
