Description

Perhaps the most realistic plan is total failure among national and international leaders to implement effective carbon mitigation techniques. This plan assumes that no policy will be put in place and developed, rapidly developing, and all other countries will continue to output carbon at current or heightened growth rates. Instead of trying to push through what is politically impossible, we should reinvest in technologies and distributive aid to help those hurt most by climate change.
