It makes sense to have a climate alliance in Boulder County to coordinate the efforts of different groups within the county. But it would need to be checked if number of organizations aren't already implementing these types of planning exercises.
The main question we would like you to clarify is, what would be the relationship between this alliance and C3-Boulder? It seems logical for C3-Boulder to expand to include the Boulder County, or for this alliance to include C3-Boulder, or perhaps there are something that these two Alliances can learn from each other? Since they both include Boulder (city), there will clearly be some overlapping.
