The Judges felt this proposal would benefit from further clarity on the cost/benefit and emission reductions of this proposal. Overall this proposal need more work on the quantitative side to make a compelling story for a wide adoption.
More work needed...need to zero in on initial market application. chose one of the above listed and really zero in on feasibility and how to develop it.
