| "since traditional cloud seeding process could require flying an airplane in a storm condition " It is a bit confusing, why would you do cloud seeding if there is already a storm? do you mean dust storm?

| Proposal contributor The time factor is one of the fundamental and very important factors in the cloud seeding operation. If the pilot is delayed for the period of cloud formation and arrived after its formation the cloud seeding operation may not be successful. And with the presence of cumulus clouds (storm clouds) we have a huge energy that is associated with them which can be dangerous some times .Moreover , there are violent rising currents and there are also streams coming down and the aircraft should move away directly after the mission is done ,if the pilot missed the time he may be in a dangers situation since the cloud formation takes a very short period of time. |

| I think it's a very interesting research topic to discuss and I think we need more research in the topic of using UAS. However, how effective the image processing could be? A real time image/video processing could be power consuming, meaning that it might need a larger battery and would affect the movement of the UAS. Is it possible to use a combination of sensors to achieve the same results as the image processing, with less consumed power? |

| Very Good idea. What are other key benefits of using UAS in UAE ? What about the cost effective ? |
