I had worked full time for one year in WHO Country office Nepal and another one year in WHO/AusAid supported water quality project as the project coordinator and completed it successfully with the result based management approach. Now also, I am looking after the entire WHO supported program related to water quality in Department of Water Supply and Sewerage (DWSS). In this way, I acquire adequate knowledge of multi sartorial policies and guidelines on WASH sector.
I did my Bachelor from IIT Roorkee, India, one of the high ranked technical Institutions around the world. After that, master in environmental sanitation from Gent University, Belgium galvanized my technical knowledge on the field of requirement of this post (Water, Sanitation, Public Health and Environmental Issues including climate change). My PhD from Canterbury, New Zealand proves my capacity of research and competent in English.
Almost all my working period, I worked in DWSS, Nepal, mostly in the projects with the partnership of the international agencies like WHO, UNICEF, ADB and other INGOs. This has abetted me to work with international agencies and produce qualitative reports according to their requirements.
Working in a governmental organization, I know the policy, strategy, and guideline of the Government very well. I also can coordinate different partners working in this sector.
