I am a semi-retired ecologist, having worked in the natural resource management arena all my adult life. I am a life long resident of the west coast, living in all three of the coastal states at various times and the last 30 years in the Seattle area. I even attended state universities in each: AB from UC Berkeley, MS from Oregon State, and Ph.D from U of Washington. I have a wonderful wife of 28 years, two grown sons, and a slightly neurotic, but loving dog.
