Using the community as a textbook for sustainability is a great approach. In my work with schools the students appreciated a curiosity-led approach where group discussions generated enthusiasm for finding out something. Groups of kids then played roles such as assessor, consultant etc to discover something interesting. Finally, the results were presented back to the community in different forms chosen by the kids. Sounds like your project is similar?

First of all, congratulate yourselves and your students. India has a unique place in the world for innovation. They will be leaders by midcentury (Hans Rosling).
I've often echoed Sir Ken Robinson on education:
I think we ought to think about it. Seriously: respect diversity, spark curiosity, tap creative potential...

This project Is well underway. The idea of using schools to generate community interest is great. The proposal could be made even better if some additional questions were addressed: Who will make the animated short films and what will they be about? The impact reduction plan for each school is a great idea, but will be there diminishing returns after a few years?

Dear All,
I had tried to finish my proposal, but it didn't work out with the interface of this webpage. I couldn't finish the proposal and the deadline was then finished. Is it still under review? Do you know, whom I could contact for submitting the rest?
