As serious researchers, we must collectively seek and do our best to support realistic solutions regarding the pain and suffering of drought, water shortages, and forced migration.

Could Hawaii's Kilauea volcano be an opportunity to test the feasibility of Cloudtec?
The 1973 Eldfel, Heimaey, Iceland eruption is famous because the Icelanders sprayed sea water on the lava to slow and eventually help stop its movement.
It was the largest effort ever exerted to help control volcanic activity.
By the end of the eruption 8 million cubic yards (6 million cubic meters) of water had been pumped onto the flows.

you could run a pipe up the volcano ans the pipe to pump seawater into the caldera. seawater has DMS in it and that might add to the cloud seeding.

Kilauea has very clear climate that is attractive for astronomy. dont ruin the view!
