What should be the Other Developed Countries’ plan to address climate change?

This contest seeks broad, coherent visions for what the Other Developed Countries should do about climate change. Authors are asked to include strategies for all sectors of the Other Developed Countries' economy that generate emissions (energy supply, transportation, industry, buildings, and all others), as well as for how the region can adapt to changes caused by climate change. For each sector, you can combine your own and other people’s proposals from other Climate CoLab contests (both current and past). You can also work with the Impact Assessment Fellows to estimate the overall reduction in greenhouse gas emissions that would result from the combination of actions you propose. Plans will be evaluated on how well they bring together different proposals to articulate a comprehensive and feasible plan for how the Other Developed Countries can effectively address climate change.
